The nation's most
established travel retail
partner.

Three decades designing, building, and operating retail, dining, and premium hospitality inside the country's national airports.

Karachi · Islamabad · Lahore · Multan · Faisalabad · Peshawar · Quetta

For thirty years, Master Management has shaped how travellers experience Pakistan's airports. Our authority spans the full breadth of travel retail, from curated concessions and duty free to dining and premium hospitality. That depth is what makes us a partner of consequence.

Travel retail and concessions

The core of our business, and the depth of our expertise.

Fragrance, accessories, duty free, and regional craft across seven airports, developed with partners including Lagardère and operated to an international standard.

Dining and refreshment

Considered hospitality at the
pace of departure.

Restaurants and refreshment counters in the departure lounges of Karachi and Islamabad, offering travellers a considered pause at any hour on the board.

Premium lounges

Where every guest is received with the same attention.

Our lounges across all seven airports have welcomed heads of state and senior business travellers alike, each guest attended to with equal care and discretion.

master management guests

A single operating standard, at every scale.

Passenger volumes shift constantly across seven airports. The consistency of the experience does not. That reliability is the foundation of every partnership we hold.

Our History

We began in 1996 on a single conviction: that a terminal deserves the same discipline as the airlines flying from it. Three decades on, that conviction has carried us across four national airports. The standard has held at every step.
